ROSS MacLean is set to leave Morton next month to be reunited with former Cappielow manager Ray McKinnon at Falkirk.
The Tele understands the 21-year-old, on loan from Premiership side Motherwell, will have his season-long loan at the Ton cut short next month when the January transfer window opens.
He will then move to Falkirk for the remainder of the season, where former Ton boss McKinnon is in charge.
MacLean was originally signed by McKinnon back in June, and was a regular feature in his team at the start of the campaign.
But after McKinnon left Morton to join Falkirk, the winger has seen his game time limited under new Ton manager Jonatan Johansson.
The Well loanee has started just five times in the last three months under the Finn, whereas under McKinnon he started every game during his time as Morton manager.
