LOCAL firm Arc Vehicle Rental have supplied Morton with a new Ford custom van as part of a sponsorship package which includes first team strip branding.
The vehicle will be used for first team and youth academy training purposes and on matchdays.
Arc is part of the Arranglen group of companies owned by local businessmen Sandy and James Easdale and the vehicle was handed over to Ton boss David Hopkin by managing director Ian Moffat, along with first team stars Jim McAlister and Chris Millar showing off the new strip branding and club kit man Andy Bryan.
Mr Moffat said: “Arc are proud to sponsor Greenock Morton FC and wish David and all associated with the club a very successful season.
“As a local business that is enjoying significant growth, employing over 27 local staff, it was a great opportunity and privilege for us to show our commitment to the local area by supporting an iconic club such as Greenock Morton.
"Although the Arranglen group is now a multi-million empire, both Sandy and James have never forgotten their grass roots and encourage their company directors to support their local community.”
Morton chief executive David Mackinnon said: “A big thanks to Ian and the company for this wonderful support.
“It’s hugely important for us that relationships are established with local business and Arc’s long-standing partnership with us is one we cherish greatly.”
