MORTON secured their first three points of the season with a convincing 4-1 victory over 10-man Alloa at Cappielow after Bob McHugh stole the show with a stunning hat-trick.
The win sees the Ton go into Saturday’s Betfred Cup last-16 showdown with Hibernian in high spirits after McHugh’s brace and a Reece Lyon strike crushed the Clackmannanshire outfit.
