MORTON fell to a 3-0 defeat in the last 32 of the Scottish Cup at the hands of Premiership St Johnstone.
The scoreline somewhat flattered the Saints as they clinically saw off Ton with an absolute worldie from Callum Booth and two second-half goals against the run of play from Murray Davidson and Stevie May in a game that was nearly called off due to a floodlight failure.
