MORTON got their league campaign off to the perfect start as Cameron Salkeld’s early first-half strike saw off Alloa Athletic on the opening day.
Salkeld combined well with loan star Josh McPake to poke the Ton in front much to manager David Hopkin’s delight as his side got their first three points of the league season.
