MORTON will take on Motherwell away from home in the last 16 of the Scottish Cup.
The draw was made this afternoon and paired Gus MacPherson's men with the Premiership side following yesterday's extra time 2-1 victory over East Fife.
The tie will be played on the weekend of April 17-18.
The quarter final draw was also made today - and should Ton cause an upset then they would go on to play one of Hibs, Queen of the South or Stranraer.
Fir Park however hasn't been a happy hunting ground for the Greenock club over the years in cup competitions.
They lost 6-0 there in the Scottish Cup in 2012 and went down 4-0 in the League Cup last season.
