QUALIFYING for the fourth round of the Scottish Cup is normally a reason to celebrate.
But I personally didn’t take a lot of pleasure watching what in the main was a totally unimpressive performance on Saturday in Fife.
I was extremely disappointed with both the team selected and also the performance on the park.
To be honest, whilst I was happy to get the late equaliser I wasn’t excited about having to watch a further 30 minutes of extra time.
To compound it all we ended up getting the draw from hell in the next round as we never seem to do well at Fir Park!
With Arbroath winning on Saturday our league position got even worse and we now must take something from tonight's game at home to Inverness where we might have a lower than normal viewing audience as it goes head-to-head with the Champions League games.
Morton v Inverness or Real Madrid v Liverpool?
Oh well, thankfully our game starts early to allow us to watch the second half of the Madrid game!
