MORTON were cruelly denied a memorable victory against Kilmarnock last night as Lewis McGregor’s wonder strike was cancelled out by an injury-time equaliser.

Kilmarnock ‘keeper Zach Hemming kept out Brian McLean, Lewis Strapp and Kyle Jacobs to allow Blair Alston to slot home the winner in the shoot-out — and all but seal Ton’s exit from the Premier Sports Cup.
