MORTON kicked off the new year in style as they romped to their first home victory in the league since March 2021 after running riot against relegation rivals Dunfermline Athletic.
Three clinical first-half strikes from Gary Oliver, Cameron Blues and Gavin Reilly saw Dougie Imrie’s side home and hosed by half-time.
A Robbie Muirhead masterpiece and Coll Donaldson’s own goal saw the demolition job on the Pars completed in style, as Morton managed to secure their first home league win this season.
