MORTON has announced a partnership with a sportswear manufacturer which will see iconic favourite kits of yesteryear reproduced.

The club has teamed up with Matchwinner, a company which specialises in retro shirts and leisurewear.

Ton's kit was supplied by Matchwinner during the early 90s.

In the coming days, a vote will open allowing fans to choose their two favourite designs from five options.

Ross Dunbar, head of commercial at Morton, said: “We’re delighted to announce this partnership with Matchwinner, an iconic brand in Greenock Morton’s storied history.

“The timing is also great as we look ahead to our 150th year in 2024. Over the next few months, we will have a selection of classic retro shirts for supporters to get their hands on.

“There will be an opportunity for supporters to vote for which shirts should go on sale and we’re excited to see the end results.”

Fans are urged to keep an eye on Morton’s social media channels for more information on the vote, and details on when the shirts will be available to order.
