LAST week I mentioned I was concerned about how we were going to turn our decent displays into victories as we couldn’t buy a win lately but with one minute of injury time to go on Saturday the players were once again proving me wrong.
In midweek a superb second half performance had brought us a much needed victory and on Saturday we were so close to adding to that in Dundee but unfortunately a sickener in injury time robbed us of a well deserved win.
The last two games have proved we can score goals and play good football with the only negative thing being we lacked that little bit of luck in Dundee.
You can question the defending for all three Dundee goals but I would like the think that the positives from Saturday outweighed the negatives although you could see the devastation amongst the players, staff and supporters when that late equaliser went in.
We now almost definitely need to win our last three games to hopefully gain one of the promotion playoff spots and to be honest after this week I would not put it past this group of players to do exactly that!
Let's all live in hope and give the team the backing they deserve in those final three games which could hopefully end up with us achieving that ultimate goal of Premier League football.
