A MAJOR rolling programme of infrastructure upgrades to Greenock's Waterfront Leisure Centre is set to continue with a new chiller for the facility's ice rink.

It's not yet known how much the total cost will be.

Over the last few years the centre's ice rink dehumidifiers, lift, main boiler plant and the fire/panic alarm systems and emergency lighting have all been replaced, with the majority of them were over 20-years-old.
