MIDWEEK action takes Greenock Cricket Club's Hillend to the southside of Glasgow for some T20 action.
The Glenpark third string are set to face off against a team of BBC Scotland staff at Titwood cricket ground in the shadow of Hutcheson's Grammar School.
And the stakes couldn't be higher heading into the clash as seventh take on eighth in the Western Cricket Union Midweek League Three match, with just a point separating the sides.
Hillend have had a mixed bag of results in their opening three games of the campaign, winning one, losing one and registering a no result as the early summer weather continues its unpredictability.
And they'd be looking to get the better of the side that sit directly beneath them, having played one game less.
The Greenock side kicked off their campaign with a storming win over Irvine side, Go Vending Marress, romping their way to a ten wicket victory.
However that joy was short lived when they lost out by 31 runs to Mearns Challengers in the next round.
BBC Scotland, on the other hand, tasted defeat to the Irvine side, losing out by 71 runs in Ayrshire on matchday two of the campaign.
The two sides were initially scheduled to play each other on the opening day back in May, only to see the fixture rearranged, but they will hope to get some match action into their systems tonight (Wednesday July 9).
