INVERCLYDE Cricket Club play hosts to Vale of Leven tomorrow at Gourock Park in their next WDCU Championship match.
They have slipped to fourth in the league after last weekend’s fixtures when Vale defeated Alps and Inverclyde’s game was called off with the park not recovering from Friday’s poor weather.
Inverclyde captain Dave Cooke returns to the side which is still affected by holidays, with vice captain Bruce, Gregory, James and Pilkington missing, and they will be looking for a strong performance as a victory would reclaim third spot back from Vale. The following pool of players should report to Gourock Park by 11.20am tomorrow: Dave Cooke, Chris Boswell, Greer Church, Iain Gibson, Cammy Gunn, Tom McDade, Krishna Nayak, William Rice, Kal Sangha, Paul Singh, David Thomson, Stuart Thomson, Craig Watson and Tom Watson.
The match will be sponsored by Prodream USA.
Junior coaching continues on Sunday morning from 10 until noon at Gourock Park.
