Russell has been tipped for big things and speculation about his future and a move away from Cappielow has surfaced periodically.
The latest club to be linked with a possible move for him are Hearts.
But boss Duffy today rubbished the speculation linking his player with a transfer to Tynecastle.
Duffy told the Tele: “There’s nothing in that.”
