MORTON striker Thomas Orr has left the club to join Livingston on loan.
The switch, confirmed last night, sees the 19-year-old reunited with his former Cappielow coach David Hopkin, who is in charge of the West Lothian League One outfit.
Orr spent half of last season farmed out to League Two side East Stirling. He went there in January and scored four goals in his first six appearances for the League Two strugglers, who were eventually relegated.
A statement from Livingston said: "We are pleased to announce that we have agreed terms with Greenock Morton FC for the temporary transfer of 19-year- old striker Thomas Orr.
"Thomas has worked previously with David Hopkin at Morton and it was a big influence on his decision to come to Livingston.
"Hoppy is delighted to bring in Thomas, who has a great deal of potential, knows where the goal is and gives 100 per cent all the time both on the pitch and in training."
