GREENOCK-born footballer Adam Frizzell led Airdrie to silverware as they ended their 15-year trophy wait.
The Diamonds captain had the honour of lifting the SPFL Trust Trophy after his side triumphed over Welsh Champions The New Saints on Sunday.

Despite the non-SPFL club taking an early lead at Falkirk Stadium, Airdrie rallied and came back to win 2-1.
Player-manager Rhys McCabe's men were pressed hard by The New Saints after a second half penalty from Nikolay Todorov put them in front, but were able to hold on to win the trophy for the first time since 2008/09 and the fifth time overall.
