VETERAN Morton defender Kirk Broadfoot has become the second Ton player today to commit to the club for next season.
Broadfoot, who will turn 40 in August, has extended his stay at Cappielow by signing a new one-year deal until 2025.
The former Rangers and St Mirren man joined last summer and has featured in 40 matches since.
Manager Dougie Imrie welcomed the announcement, which follows confirmation of Cameron Blues' new deal earlier on Friday which will keep the midfielder in Greenock until 2026.

Imrie told the club website: “I am delighted to have Kirk sign on for another season.
"Kirk is a very experienced player who has played at the top level and that professionalism and knowledge is invaluable to the team.”
Broadfoot made an instant impact after signing from Broomhill FC on an initial one-year deal in 2023, scoring on his competitive debut for the club in a 3-1 win against Kelty Hearts in the League Cup.
The announcement came at the same time as Championship rivals Ayr United confirmed the pre-contract signing of departing Ton striker George Oakley.
