A FINNISH football club has announced the signing of a Morton fans' favourite.
Lewis Strapp has made the break from Cappielow to sign a contract with SJK Seinäjoki FC.
The 24-year-old left back, who has made more than 150 appearances for Morton, made a surprise return to the team last December after 11 months following a knee injury.
In May, the Telegraph revealed that Dunoon-born Strapp had been offered reduced terms to stay on at Morton for the 2024/25 season.
