BOYD The family of the late William Boyd wish to thank everyone who attended the Crematorium service on 23rd January to celebrate Bills life and for sending cards and flowers. Thanks to the Minister Rev Branwen Rees and so many of the members, elders and friends of Greenock East United Reformed Church for their spiritual comfort, also to Rev David Mitchell for bible readings. Special thanks to all his many Masonic friends from Lodge St Johns 175 and other brethren from the Masonic fraternity for their attendance. Further thanks to Moira Dunn and all friends from Barnards Court Mission for their visits and spiritual help to his wife Janet throughout the difficult times. Sincere thanks to doctors, nurses, district nurses and carers for looking after Bill in his latter years and then to Newark Care Home and A+E dept at IRH. Greatful thanks to P.B Wright & Sons for efficient arrangements and to catering staff at the Beacon coping with so many people. Very special thanks reserved for Matt Henderson for his touching tribute and for all his help and visits before and after the service.
