RIVER Clyde Homes will increase rents by two per cent from next month.
The housing association say the inflation rate rise for 2017/18 keeps a promise made two years ago.
The plan was supported by 84 per cent of the 755 tenants who took part in a consultation.
Weekly rent for a one bedroom property will rise by £1.45 to £73.99, by £1.51 to £77.21 for two bedrooms, £1.58 to £80.43 for three and £1.64 to £83.65 for four.
The two per cent ceiling will also apply to heating, garages and factoring.
