ICONIC paddle steamer Waverley is back in action after being repaired in Greenock.
Workers at Garvel Clyde drydock worked round the clock to fix the vessel after she recently crashed into a wall and sustained damage.
Billy Pollock, Garvel Clyde operations manager, said: “She’s out of the dock and back at Custom House Quay as we have finished with her.
“She’ll now undergo checks before she sets sail again.
“We’re over-the-moon as we got her out as quickly as we could.”
A spokesperson for Waverley Steam Navigation Company says the vessel will set sail for the south coast on Friday.
