TWO vehicles were involved in a crash which partially blocked one of Inverclyde's main roads.
One westbound lane of Port Glasgow Road was blocked at its junction with Gibshill Road after the accident at 8.10 this morning.
It involved a Volkswagen Caddy van and a Vauxhall Corsa car.
Sergeant Danny Godfrey of Greenock police said the accident was related to poor weather conditions.
No-one was hurt, but one of the vehicles was so badly damaged it had to be removed by a pick-up truck.
The road was cleared by 9am.
