FUNDRAISING residents and staff at Greenock’s Alt-na-Craig House took in an impressive £650 in a single day which has now been donated at Inverclyde Royal Hospital.
The money — which was realised through a coffee and massage morning and a raffle — is for the inflammatory bowel disease service run by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
Alt-na-Craig residents Jenny Porterfield and Rena Stewart were joined by Susan Gallagher, lead nurse in emergency care and medical specialties, and care home staff Andrea Hearl, Sandra MacAulay, Eleanor Pickett and Anne-Marie Kane for the cheque presentation on last week.
Also pictured are NHS workers Fiona McCluskey, Selina Lamont and fundraiser Sharon Hepburn.
