Greenock trio going for gold at Commonwealth Games
THREE Greenock hockey players were among the athletes who gathered in Dunblane for the final ‘Team Scotland Camp’ before the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Gordon McIntyre, pictured left, joined Kareena Cuthbert and William Marshall, who are siblings, for a final meeting before they jet off to the games next month.
As reported in the Tele earlier this week, the trio, who are all former Greenock Hockey Club players, are looking forward to representing Scotland at the event.
