THE coronavirus infection rate in Inverclyde continues to fall.
Between September 26 and October 2, a total of 235 people tested positive for Covid-19.
This puts the rate per 100,000 people at 305.
Fourteen areas elsewhere have a higher rate than the district, with the Scottish average 314 per 100k.
