SCOUTS hosted a rescue training exercise by the local coastguard team.
Everton Campsite hosted a visit which saw the team practice rope rescue as part of their training, simulating a variety of scenarios on the cliff face and around the campsite.
A Scouts spokesperson said: "The coastguard even pitched a tent on our campsite too.
"They used the lodge to eat their lunch and warm up and thanked us for the use of our fantastic site."
