Pic1: It was so uplifting to visit loving couple Billy and Lily Semple to photograph them on the occasion of their platinum anniversary. The smiling couple have been together for 70 happy years and we at the Tele wish them all the best!
Pic2: Telegraph reporter Lorraine Tinney and I paid a visit to local mum Louise Carr and her brave little boy Miles, to hear of his having to undergo lifesaving heart surgery after his birth. Accomplished artist Louise is hoping to run free creative workshops for children with heart conditions and anyone who might be interested should contact her on weeheartsinverclyde@gmail.com
Pic3: It seems there is such a thing as a free lunch after a community meal programme was launched at the Inverkip Hub. I took this picture of some of the first people who gathered together for food and a chat.
Pic4: These enthusiastic bookworms gathered for a picture as they prepared packages of books for the Inverclyde public to enjoy.
The selections of books will be left in locations in the area around the nursery for walkers to enjoy.
