ONE of Inverclyde's best-known sons is to appear in a new television series.
Greenock actor Martin Compston will be starring in Fear, a new psychological thriller which will air on Prime Video.

The popular actor is part of a cast which includes James Cosmo and Maureen Beattie.
Martin said online that he was 'chuffed to bits' to be working with Prime Video and production company Wild Mercury for the third time in Scotland.
Filming will take place in Glasgow and the show will air exclusively on Prime Video in 2025.
