A GREENOCK band are set to take to the stage in their hometown this weekend.

Home For Joy will play at the Beacon Arts Centre tomorrow night after being selected for a national youth music project.

The Hit The Road initiative gives young people aged 14-19 the chance to tour their music, gain industry experience and connect with new audiences and professionals.

Home For Joy are joining Edinburgh’s Low Tide and Adam and the Observers of Dundee on a tour which sees each act headline a local show.

Tickets for the Beacon gig are available at beaconartscentre.co.uk.
