AN inmate at HMP Greenock has been accused of having an illicit mobile phone in their possession while within the jail.
Ruaridh Carey-Gardner, 30, is alleged to have had the device on his person on December 14 last year.
The matter has been continued without plea at Greenock Sheriff Court and is due to call again on May 10.
