AN ARRAY of famous faces were on course to tee up a cash at a charity golf day in aid of Ardgowan Hospice.
Celebrities including Rangers greats Andy Goram and Ian Durrant were joined by Celtic’s Lisbon Lion Bertie Auld and Morton legend Allan McGraw on the sun-kissed fairways of Gourock Golf Course.
Other well known names included former Ton players Ian McDonald and Stuart Rafferty as well as the team’s current goalkeeping coach David Wylie, former Rangers assistant manager Archie Knox, ex-Motherwell man Stevie Kirk, Gourock Golf Club pro Derek Watters and hospice stalwart Elaine McNeill.
The day was so successful that the final figure for the money raised is still being totted up, with an announcement to be made soon.
