SPANISH actors brought learning to life for pupils at a Greenock school.
Laughter rippled through the assembly hall in Notre Dame High School when Spanish production company Onatti Productions visited the school to perform a play.
The show, for pupils studying for their National 5 and Higher Spanish exams, was a huge hit with both staff and pupils.
Christina Gemmill, who is the principal teacher of modern languages at the school, said it was a chance for the pupils to put their knowledge of the language into practice.
She said: “The theme of the performance was social media and Facebook and how its misuse can get you in trouble.
“It was a really funny story, full of laughs and all in Spanish.
“It was very visual, modern and easy to follow with pupil participation.
“It was a fantastic experience for all pupils involved and gave them a boost prior to their SQA speaking exams which are due to take place very soon.”
Fifth year pupil Eve Connor, who is preparing to sit her Higher Spanish exam, said: “It was really good.
“You could understand what they were saying in Spanish.”
The school is keen to thank actors Lucia Casado and Raul Pont for putting on such an excellent play.
