FINAL preparations are being made ahead of an annual Easter eggs-travaganza in Greenock tomorrow.
St Patrick’s Primary parent council are holding a fete in the school from 10am until 1pm.
There will be a host of stalls including crafts, pocket money toys, a tuck shop, bottle stall, home baking and hot dogs along with a bouncy castle and gyro cars.
Visitors can also play games and there will be an opportunity to buy raffle tickets.
Pauline McLevy, from the parent council, said: “We’re delighted to be back in our fabulous new school having held our fete in Notre Dame last year.
“We were keen to capitalise on the success of last year’s community involvement and are delighted that the 32nd Scouts, River Clyde Homes, Broomhill Tenants’ and Residents’ Association and Inverclyde Carers’ Centre will also be represented.
“Broomhill AFC Boys’ Club will be running some football drills too.
“We would like to say a huge thank-you to the 32nd Scouts, Fr John Morrison and all the parents, staff and children at St Patrick’s for all their support.”
