STARS of hit BBC drama Waterloo Road arrived in Greenock today as they were given their first glimpse of the show's stunning new set.
The actors who play characters Michael Byrne, Sian Diamond, Grantley Budgen and Maggie Croft were given a tour of the old Greenock Academy building, which has undergone a transformation ahead of filming for the new series - which begins on Monday.
Jaye Jacobs, who plays Sian Diamond, told the Tele: "I am really excited to be here - it looks like a great school."
Co-star Alec Newman, who plays the show's head master, added: "I am massively proud to be here."
