TOP RAF brass and guests got down to the moves of YMCA at an annual dinner and bash.

A technical hitch prompted the impromptu performance at the 49F Greenock Air Cadets ‘Dine In’ earlier this month.

Guests included Inverclyde MP Iain McKenzie, Armed Forces Champion for Inverclyde Councillor Gerry Dorrian, and Wing Commander Baz Dale from RAF Linton on Ouse in Yorkshire.

They were led into the function suite by Piper Sergeant Grant Gibson of 2296 Dunoon Squadron ATC to signal the start of the event which was held at The Albany.

If you are aged between 13 and 16, and interested in becoming an Air Cadet, or a member of the public over 20 years of age interested in volunteering as a civilian instructor or committee member, please contact the Squadron on 723358 or drop in on parade nights. These run on Mondays and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm.
