TOP TV auction show personality Anita Manning returns to Greenock next week for a charity event — and today we’re giving you the chance to meet her and get items valued.

The Bargain Hunt and Flog It! star is supporting Greenock Rotary Club at its own version of the Antiques Roadshow.

Anita, pictured, and her team will be at the Lyle Kirk (Finnart St Paul’s) in Newark Street on Thursday 24 April to value any items brought along between 10am and 2pm.

The cost of entry is £3, and the charge for valuation is £3 per item up to a maximum of five.

But the two lucky winners of today’s Tele competition will receive tickets for free entry and five free valuations.

All proceeds will go to support the Mary’s Meals Backpacks project which provides basic educational materials for poor children around the world.

The event will also include a cafe selling tea and coffee and other refreshments.

To be in with a chance of winning tickets, see today's Tele for full details of how to enter.
