DECLAN McManus reckons Hibs are on a par with league leaders Rangers and will provide Morton with just as tough an evening as their title rivals.
But the hitman insists the Ton can take confidence from their performance against Mark Warburton’s men and carry that into tomorrow’s Cappielow clash against the Edinburgh outfit.
McManus told the Tele: “I’d say Hibs are every bit as good as Rangers. Signing players like Anthony Stokes shows their intent in trying to win the league and get up to the Premiership.
“So it will be another tough game and we’ll have to play as well we possibly can.
“We take confidence from how well we played against Rangers. We pushed them and hopefully this time we’ll get some breaks.
“If we can take some chances on the night, Hibs won’t have an easy game ahead, and I don’t think they’ll be looking forward to coming to Cappielow after having watched the Rangers game.”
