Greenock parkrun, event number 423, November 18

MOST of the 106 runners managed to complete the run before the rain came on. Of these, 11 were first timers (including one runner who was taking part in her first ever parkrun) and nine recorded new PBs. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

Seven runners achieved milestones. Rupert Thomson completed his tenth 5k parkrun. David Ness, Neil M. Thomson and John Leung all completed their 200th parkruns. Alison Sturgess completed her 50th and Nicola Falconer and Kirsten Robin each completed their 25th.

Neil Lafferty was the first male runner to complete the course (16:14). He was followed by Andrew McCall (16:48) and Dylan Crawford (17:19)

First female to finish was first timer, Sarah McSharry (22:14). Second female to finish was another first timer, Andrea Seabrook (23:58). Lynsey Mooney completed the top three females in 25:34.
