THE finals of the Greenock and District ladies’ competition took place at Port Glasgow Bowling Club.
Although it was a bit windy, the weather was kind and it stayed dry, with the competitors and guests enjoying the matches.
The trophies were presented by M. Chalmers, president of Greenock and District, Bill Knox, president of Bowls Scotland, S. Currie, vice president, and E. Bennie, secretary, Greenock and District.
